That’s how we see it, too. Here is a selection of currently used methods which are repeatedly requested.

Lean Management Live Simulation

Management and employees will learn hands-on lean principles and methods.
We simulate a business and processes that the operators then optimize during the simulation. Almost incidentally, they learn in theory blocks, what "lean" means, what it means for everyday life and how it then works in the real business. Here we show the barriers between production and administration as well as ways to overcome these restrictions with lean methods. We use such simulations in projects for the introduction of lean management in production and / or administration and service because they sensitize the staff, facilitate the change in perspective and show (self-learning) how to overcome obstacles. Workshop 1-3 days

Potential workshop in the administration

This workshop provides almost unbelievable results time and again. In actual fact, it can also be used separately in departments as part of a comprehensive change concept, at the beginning of a sustainable CIP. The group is briefly taught in lean subjects, such as modes of wasting & problem solving, and then together, the staff gather the potential for improvement. At the end, the results are alarming and yet at the same time motivating: 20-50% of the working time is "Muda” – Japanese for a complete waste of time. The eradication begins in the workshop; we tackle the problem immediately.
Workshop 1-2 days

Value stream analysis in production / administration / service

From a bird's eye view, we analyze the processes and identify the strengths and weaknesses together with the staff. The future-state map shows the vision of where the company should develop over the next few months or years. Additionally, the instrument is learned. It will be applied for the next few years and leads the way to lean excellence. Workshop 1-3 days

Lean Management Assessment (Comprehensive review of all business sectors along the supply chain)

This standardized method of analyzing strengths and weaknesses in processes according to lean perspective helps to derive the appropriate action. In the coming years, this scale is always used as an instrument in the target-finding / policy deployment process. The employees are part of the assessment. They, themselves achieve a measure of status of their processes towards "lean" and recognize how "lean" must be developed in productivity, quality and delivery service. Assessments for individual areas, such as development, production or administration are also possible. If you think your processes are "lean" you will certainly know if they are after the assessment.
Workshop 1-4 days.
